The employee volunteer program, XTEAM, sees 100% employee participation and the board of directors created a Corporate Responsibility & Culture Committee tasked with overseeing the company’s shared value performance.

In 2018, Propeller experienced 41% revenue growth and 38% staff growth. “Commit to People” is Propeller’s core mission, and last year it completed seven pro bono projects dedicated to hosting and leading professional development workshops, board off-sites, speed mentoring sessions for small business owners, as well as leadership goal setting and business planning seminars.
In 2019, Propeller’s goal is to donate 1% of total consulting hours toward community service. Additionally, Propeller matches up to $50 of every donation employees make to a nonprofit organization. Last year, employee donations and company matching supported 34 different nonprofits.
