How do I register?
This year, attendees can choose to attend the Conference, the Awards, or both! We have pricing for all options, listed below.
Remember, CCC supporter companies, get two free registrations to attend the Conference and one to the Awards.

I'm a CCC Supporter, how do I register?
If you are a 2019 CCC supporter company, you receive two registrations to the Conference and one to the Awards. Please contact Rebecca Mousseau (email@example.com) or Alex Goodman (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive your discount code or verify your supporter status.
Is there a hotel room block for the summit?
Hotel reservations for the Washington Marriott at Metro Center can be made here. The deadline to book a room at the group rate of $279 is October 15. Be sure to secure your room while you can!
Where is the Conference and Awards being held?
The Annual Conference will take place at The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington, DC 20004).
Registration and breakfast will open at 8:00 a.m. both days – with programming beginning at 9:00 am.
The Citizens Awards will take place at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (1615 H Street NW, Washington, DC 200062).
Reception and registration will begin at 5:00 pm on November 14.
What's the closest Metro stop?
Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building: The Federal Triangle Station metro stop will bring you within a 6-minute walk to the conference (it is on the orange, blue, and silver lines).
Awards at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce: The Farragut West metro stop will bring you within a 3-minute walk to the Chamber (it is on the orange, blue, and silver lines).
What is the attire for the Annual Conference?
The conference attire is business.
What is the attire for the Citizens Awards?
The Citizens Awards attire is cocktail or business attire.
Is there a place to check my coat or bag?
Both the Conference and the Citizens Awards will have a coat and bag check. Please check at registration for locations.
What meals are included in my registration?
During the conference, a light fare breakfast will be served on the mornings of November 13 and 14. Lunch will also be provided on both November 13 and 14. A vegetarian option will be available.
The Citizens Awards gala includes dinner in your registration. A vegetarian option will be available.
Who attends this event? Is the attendee list available to me before the conference?
Every year, CCC brings together corporate citizenship leaders from businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations. The attendee list will be available through our mobile conference app during the conference. Conference registrants will receive information about downloading the app via email prior to the event.
Can media attend?
Yes. The event is open to the media. To register, please contact Sara Napolitano.
What if I need an ASL interpreter?
If an ASL interpreter is needed, please let us know by emailing Alex Goodman at least three weeks in advance of the conference.
How do I register or change my registration for the breakout sessions?
There will be breakout sessions on November 13 and 14. During your registration process, you will be prompted to choose which breakout to attend. Please note that some breakout sessions have limited capacity, so it is highly recommended guests register for their preferred sessions as early as possible.
To change your breakout sessions, choose the "view or change your existing registration" on your registration confirmation email.
Are there options on how to pay my registration fee?
Yes, you have the following options to pay for the Conference and Awards registration fees: online (via Cvent Event Registration), invoice (electronic or telephone), or onsite (via credit card or check payment). Contact us at (202) 463-3133 if you would like to receive an invoice for your registration.
How can I sponsor the Annual Conference and the Citizens Awards?

Can I cancel my registration?
All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted and emailed to email@example.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. The date of the email will determine if a registration can be refunded.
There is a $25 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled or created 14 days prior to the event.
If you are no longer able to attend, but would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, you may do so up until three days prior the event. To transfer a registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and put "Registration Transfer" in the subject line.
