Alisha Ramos, 30, is the Founder and CEO of Girls' Night In (GNI), a company helping people unwind, take care, and cultivate community through offline gatherings and a Friday newsletter that reaches over 150,000+ readers across the globe. Prior to founding GNI, Alisha worked in the technology industry as a designer and engineer. She served as a Design Director at Vox Media, helping build products and platforms for millions of passionate readers. One of her passions is helping women of color and underrepresented people pursue careers in technology, and she has previously given talks on inclusivity, diversity, and privilege in the tech industry. Alisha graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Sociology and History, and lives in Washington, D.C.. She has been featured in Good Morning America, Forbes, FastCompany, and more for her work in the self-care and mental health space.
