Carlie Steiner is an internationally recognized hospitality professional. A graduate of CIA who then launched into the world of Jose Andres, she worked her way around every side of the food and beverage industry. Her first job out of school was Barmini by Jose Andres, a two-star Michelin award-winning restaurant where she fell in love with all things cocktail. Now a Certified sommelier, she has with a strong focus on natural wines, especially those produced by women. She is uses her insight to champion women at work, create employee-friendly life policies and mentorship for interpreting your customers and other employees to ensure a place of wellness that is supported by kickass food and drink. She currently owns Pom Pom - a woman-led restaurant full of fresh ingredients, big flavors, and genuine hospitality (formerly Himitsu) and Dos Mamis – a cocktail bar and wine garden.
