Ryder is credited as the thought leader behind Marauders Elite, a health and sports fitness program designed with the intent to help Airmen reach their goal of getting in shape and to inform them about the medical science behind fitness.
The program has indeed produced positive results. After six weeks, the first cohort of participants collectively ran 732 miles, walked over 1200 miles, took 98 hours of fitness classes, and spending a total of 168 hours in the gym. Airmen from the first class have also lost more than 85 pounds.
