Gaurav and his team are on a mission to upend the traditional hiring process. They say that by combining mobile, video, and big data, employers can eliminate useless interviews and expand access to talent pools that are marginalized by traditional methods. In 2014, more than 200 new clients signed on. The roster now includes 600 companies like IBM Watson, Hilton Worldwide, BASF, the Boston Red Sox, and the Atlanta public school system. Gaurav says HireVue’s “HR Digital Disruption” conference gets bigger every year and the next big opportunity is helping small businesses owners grow.
