Griffin Moore (pronouns: they, them, their) has served career changers as a coach, speaker, advisor, and facilitator at Byte Back, Per Scholas, the University of the District of Columbia and, for the last two years, General Assembly (GA). They are a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, and they trained as a community liaison to DC's Office of Human Rights. An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Griffin serves on GA's global staff Inclusion Committee and has presented career development workshops to community-based organizations, including PublicAllies DC and the Latin American Youth Center. As a lifelong learner, Griffin holds a Bachelor's in African American Studies and they are a student in American University's Master of Science in Organization Development program.
