Jonathan Grau is Solutions Lead for Mental Health First Aid at Work. He is working with employers throughout the United States to bring the MHFA action plan to the workplace to help build a more mindful and resilient workforce. Prior to joining National Council for Behavioral Health, he spent ten years in health policy and industry engagement at National Quality Forum, American Medical Informatics Association, and CAQH. He began his career as a product manager at Ingenix, now Optum, where he developed and marketed revenue cycle and claims management software. He earned his MSc in Health Informatics from University of Bath and his BA degree from the University of Virginia.
