Kevin Stotts is President of Talent 2025, a CEO-led effort to improve the quality of the region’s talent development, attraction, and retention efforts to meet the needs of West Michigan’s employers. As President, he works with West Michigan business, education, workforce, and economic development leaders to ensure West Michigan is a top 20 region for talent. Prior to working with Talent 2025, Kevin served as Vice President of Community Programs with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, led a scholarship program for at-risk program, and worked in state government.
Originally from Detroit, Kevin is a graduate of Michigan State University. He serves on several local, regional, and statewide non-profits boards focused on issues ranging from early childhood development to workforce development. Kevin resides in Grand Rapids with his wife Stephanie and their three children.
