Luis Schwarz is trained as a Certified Public Accountant and MBA in Finance working in Multilateral Institutions for more than 28 years.
He is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer and Clinical Hypnotherapist from Bennet-Stellar University, certified in Behavioral Medicine by the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, certified in Nutrition by the Wageningen University in the Netherlands, and certified Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, Depression & Anxiety by the National Council on Behavioral Health in Washington, DC.
He is currently the Chair of the Healthy Staff Group at the World Bank, Staff Association.
Luis Schwarz is committed in building awareness on the importance of creating a life-balanced environment for ourselves both at home and work, concentrating on behavioral health prevention for healthy mental and physical sustainable high performance and well-being.
He uses practical and scientifically oriented methods and techniques to improve mind-body connection and personal perception to improve overall emotional intelligence and well-being, internal communication, efficiency and productivity in both the personal and organizational environments. He delivers workshops benefitting from regular individuals with their daily life challenges to professional’s part of the corporate world at all levels including managing teams.
