Rajashri Sai is the founder of Impactree and partnership advisor to Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP).

Impactree works at aligning the vision of Social Enterprises and enabling scale up of grass roots initiatives, through facilitating connections between various stakeholders across the rural value chain specifically focused on rural livelihoods and education. Currently Impactree has helped implement programmes in 6 states impacting over 6000 people. Impactree has supported a number of such grass root level initiatives implemented by not for profits and corporates and institutions such as GE, HSBC, Franklin Templeton, Internet Saathi, National CSR network, SKF, Fullerton etc

Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP) empowers grassroots women’s collective to move from “Margin to Mainstream”. Over two decades SSP has built a robust partnership eco system that enables women’s entrepreneurship and leadership in sustainable development across Clean energy, WASH and climate resilient agriculture. In her pivotal role as a partnership advisor to SSP, she has forged multiple level partnerships for the organization with Banks, Technology partners and Governments, which was crucial to creating a robust last mile entrepreneurship ecosystem for rural women entrepreneurs, under the” wPOWER” implemented by SSP with the support of USAID.

Rajashri started her journey as a young student interested in environment & social development. In 2011 she was selected as a fellow participant in the Jagriti Yatra (A Fellowship Program). Post which she decided to give up her corporate career, to pursue social entrepreneurship with a dream to positively impact one million people in her lifetime.

Rajashri’s professional experience as a Lawyer and member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India, with her unique experience in the development sector, allows her to collate lessons insights from both the for profit and not profit organisations and successfully scale programmes in rural India across sectors such as entrepreneurship, skills development and capacity building of youth, clean energy and education in a transparent manner.

She is currently also pursuing her Post Graduate Executive MBA program with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.  She is also a founding member of Zuppa - an electronic embedded hardware company in the area of self-driving vehicles, IOT devices and drones.
