Listen: Does Chicago Make it Hard on Small Businesses?
Last week, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation released it's Regulatory Climate Index 2014, offering a look at the ease (or challenge) of complying with local regulations in 10 U.S. Cities.

Justin Badlam of NDP Analytics, which partnered with the Foundation on the study, appeared on WBEZ radio in Chicago to discuss the results.
