All requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing and emailed to ccc@uschamber.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line. The date of the email will determine if a registration can be refunded. 

There is a $25 processing fee for all cancellation. No refunds will be issued for registrations cancelled or created 14 days prior to the event.

 If you are no longer able to attend but would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, you may up until three days prior to the event date. To do so, please email ccc@uschamber.com and put “Registration Transfer” in the subject line.
