Inclusion Incorporated Orlando Regional Forum
Inclusion Incorporated is a first-of-its-kind research and education initiative established to demonstrate the corporate and community value of LGBT-inclusive workplaces.
Join us on March 26 to engage, learn, and connect over best practices, innovations, and partnerships that are driving LGBT inclusion and equality in the workplace. The Inclusion Incorporated Orlando Regional Forum will cover key topics and themes to include:
- Techniques for establishing innovative and authentic inclusion policies and programs
- Employee engagement and employee resource strategies
- Tactics for businesses of all sizes and budgets to inform their diversity & inclusion journey and investments
- Methods for fostering a more diverse and inclusive corporate culture to help organizations fully realize the power of their employees, value chains, and stakeholders
Held in partnership with the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and Equality Florida, discussions will focus on the opportunity, sustainability, and success that LGBT inclusion fosters.
At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, we often look toward the business community to lead by example when it comes to engaging in their communities. We know the business community is uniquely positioned to be a powerful voice and network that can drive LGBT inclusion, acceptance, and empowerment. At the Forum, the Chamber Foundation will also be releasing its initial research on how to implement inclusive policies—documenting the benefits that a company experiences in its culture when it pursues LGBT supportive policies.
