PNC offers classes to consumers, small businesses and nonprofit organizations through its community outreach and branch educational activities. PNC maintains its own set of proprietary workshops on a variety of topics for adult education—taught by bank employees and community organization staff—with many classes available in Spanish. PNC also works with VISA and FDIC to deliver their educational materials to customers.
