Healthy10 Awards

At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, we care about the health and wellness of American communities and the workforce that enables our country to compete and thrive globally. The businesses in our network know that to have economic growth and prosperity, they need new and innovative strategies to empower healthy employees and healthy customers. That’s why—together with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and local and regional chambers of commerce—we’ve made creating a healthy workforce and healthy communities a top priority through the Health Means Business campaign.  We believe that every business has a role to play in impacting the health of American communities, and our current and future workforce. The Health Means Business campaign is at the forefront of this national movement to help businesses become more competitive and to help shape a healthier and more prosperous future for all. Learn more about the campaign.

“Businesses understand that healthy communities are vital for long-term growth and competitiveness,” said Suzanne Clark, executive vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “We are delighted to partner with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and bring to light the important role businesses play in community wellness.”

"Health Means Business brings together such a diverse representation of large and small companies, public and private, government and non-government, to foster a collaborative environment that's frankly just hard to replicate. It's the array of members, thought leaders and innovators that provide so much value to everyone involved. Health Means Business is an initiative that I believe will drive change in thought, policy and actions for many years to come.” —Ross Guttler, Vice President, Delos
