Incorporating Inclusion

At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, we often look toward the business community to lead by example when it comes to engaging in their communities and societies. We know the business community is the most powerful voice and network to shift these practices, and that includes LGBT inclusion, acceptance, and empowerment.

The value of inclusion does not end with the private sector. We encourage organizations across sectors to leverage the research and regional forum discussions to learn and engage on LGBT-inclusive strategies.

Learn more about the research through our webinar, "The Positive Impact of LGBT-Inclusive Practices in the Workplace."

Regional Forums are held in partnership with local chambers of commerce. We work together to ensure that businesses of all sizes are engaged on a local and national level to the resources, platforms, and programming which support LGBT-inclusion and equality.

The Chamber Foundation and partners convened in Columbus, Ohio, Northern Virginia, and Orlando, Florida. Explore the agendas and lineup of speakers for each event below.

If you're interested in getting involved such as attending a regional forum or hosting a forum in your own community, please contact Lawrence Bowdish.

"We strive to educate and inform our community of the benefits of robust inclusion policies that promote equality and help to attract and retain the best and brightest talent," said Don DePerro, President and CEO of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. "The Inclusion Incorporated initiative will play a key role in providing the research and tools necessary to achieve these shared goals."
