Since 2007, Xilinx has implemented its K to Corporate Public-Private Partnership model that provides funding and services to public schools near the company's San Jose headquarters – including Oster Elementary, Union Middle School and Leigh High School. The goal of the model is to build partnerships with local nonprofits to strengthen arts, science, and health education within those schools.
