BMO Harris' employees continue to build on the success of Learn from Difference (LFD), a multi-year initiative intended to strengthen the inclusive leadership capabilities of BMO’s people managers and certain other employees. LFD is now focused on embedding key behaviors and translating learnings into action, and includes an expanded version of unconscious bias training for its leaders to use when facilitating or conducting in-person sessions.
