Tata Consultancy Services employees have the opportunity to serve as mentors in the Million Women Mentors (MWM) program to improve women and girls’ career paths related to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Mentors contribute 20 hours of time each year to provide support to women and girls in the pursuit of STEM occupations.
