With Prudential's support, My Brother’s Keeper Alliance (MBK Alliance) was launched to address persistent opportunity gaps facing boys and young men of color (BYMOC). MBK Alliance works to unite businesses and nonprofits around challenges facing BYMOC including poorer education outcomes and lower rates of employment. In 2017, MBK Alliance became an initiative of the Obama Foundation.
Prudential's commitment also includes launching My Brother’s Keeper Newark, and making impact investments focused on building wealth for BYMOC by connecting them to quality jobs.
