Steven Swartz is a Partner in McKinsey & Company's Los Angeles office. He leads McKinsey's Center for Business and the Environment in the Americas, and co-leads the West Coast retail/consumer goods practice. His expertise includes deep client service at leading mass and speciality retailers, consumer-facing companies, including food and household product companies, and several NGOs and industry associations.
Steven has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Harvard School of Business. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, he owned an environmental consulting firm based in Southern California that provided compliance services to heavy industry.
