Kristine Kalaijian has more than 28 years of experience in sustainability and environmental program management. Currently, she serves as Director of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability for Philips Electronics, North America where she oversees environmental compliance and EcoVision programs in recycling, energy reduction and substance management. She is the region’s corporate liaison for sustainability initiatives and communications. Kris works closely with the Philips Government Relations team in Washington, D.C. to monitor and influence legislative developments regarding extended producer responsibility and product stewardship initiatives that impact Philips HealthTech products.

In previous roles, Kris led the development of the product stewardship program for Philips Patient Monitoring and Ultrasound Healthcare business, and the Environmental, Health and Safety program for Hewlett-Packard Medical Products Group at the Andover Site.
Kris has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wheaton College, Norton, MA, and a Master’s of Science in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Kris is certified in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene.
