Monica Flores

President, Latin America, Manpower Group
Monica Flores, President Latin America of ManpowerGroup, is responsible for the operation of 18 countries, with more than 3,500 employees and more than 100,000 associates.
 
She participates in several boards, educational institutions and organizations, such as COPARMEX, Consejo Coordinador Empresarial and American Chamber, among others. In addition, she is President of ManpowerGroup Foundation. Monica has signed over 160 agreements with educational institutions in order to close the gap between their graduates’ Talent competences and abilities and the ones required by the labor market.
 
She has been awarded by the National Mexican Senate as “2011 Distinguished Woman”. Monica was recognized as one of the five most outstanding women in Corporate Social Responsibility and one of the Most Powerful Business women in Latin America. She was globally named one of the ten main promoters of diversity, as well as one of the women with greater influence in Staffing Industry and a Human Resources opinion leader. She has been a speaker and panelist in national and international forums in Europe, Asia and the American continent regarding labor market trends, alignment of business and Talent strategies, as well as innovation in the future world of work. Among the events in which she has featured are World Economic Forum, Youth and Productivity Summit, Global Summit of Women, World Federation of People Management Associations, World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), and New World (OECD), among others.
 
She graduated from the National Autonomous University in Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a certificate in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture.
