§  Developed and implemented new student success/service excellence model called Chamberlain Care ©, which was adopted by thirteen DeVry Education Group institutions that serve over 120,000 students in 6 countries.

§  Improved BSN NCLEX first time pass rates 8%, and decreased attrition by 64 %.
