- Graduated over 21,000 nurses with BSN since 2006.
§ Developed and implemented new student success/service excellence model called Chamberlain Care ©, which was adopted by thirteen DeVry Education Group institutions that serve over 120,000 students in 6 countries.
§ Improved BSN NCLEX first time pass rates 8%, and decreased attrition by 64 %.
- Selected as DeVry Education Group executive sponsor for service excellence initiative
§ Led development of the L-E-A-D-S (leadership, emotional intelligence, academic, delivery, service) program, an academic leadership development program that addresses five key areas of leadership acumen required for success for academic leaders.

- Managed 100 person nurse call center; improved productivity by 28% while increasing call center staff by 200% in a year.
- Created new department to conduct outbound telesales and generated $1mm in incremental revenue in 4 months.
- Wrote and implemented new cancer symptom management program.
- Led NCQA first-time accreditation process. Prepared for review in 4 months’ time and achieved full accreditation with no recommendations.
