Leah is responsible for strategy and product development for employability learning solutions for North America. She is specifically focused on accelerated skills pathways to industry credentials as well as student success and career exploration/pathways. The target market includes high school and higher ed learners who may be preparing for their first career and adults currently in a job looking for up-skilling or re-skilling. Learning solutions go beyond the traditional "for-credit" courses, and include solutions for employers, workforce education non-credit programs, alternative credential models, and institutional solutions around college and career readiness. Leah is also responsible for managing and growing our large industry association partnerships around credentialed training as well as the Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, and Apple Training partnerships. Leah and her group are focused on gathering customer insights in order to build valuable, competitive solutions, and defining learner outcomes and collecting the data to support efficacy.
