Regional Partnership Director, Academic Partnerships, Pearson Embanet

As Regional Partnership Director for Toronto, Rachel is proud to be responsible for all the partnerships managed from this Pearson Embanet location alongside the Senior Vice President, Academic Partnerships. Joining Pearson Embanet in December 2014, her initial responsibility, which she maintains to this day, was to manage the partnership between Pearson and Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. 

As a dynamic, internationally oriented, commercially driven professional; with extensive expertise in the field of education management and learning and development she possesses a particular interest in program design and learning technologies and has supported Business Schools in Europe, North America and Asia in driving enrollment growth and retention.

Highly experienced in teaching, training, coaching, lecturing and leadership across private and public sector organizations she has a Master’s degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum and the Future of Work which continues to be a key area of interest along with graduate employability. Rachel's text "How to use your degree to secure a job." (published in 2011) was endorsed by the National Union of Students which represents more than 7 million UK students and rated a 'Must Read' by one of the UK's largest accounting publications. She remains actively engaged in an international network of practitioners who design and contribute to executive, academic and commercial learning and development programs.
