Glenn Landers is an associate project director at the Georgia Health Policy Center. His primary areas of expertise are in long-term care and access for the uninsured. Since joining the GHPC in 1999, Dr. Landers has led a variety of projects, including the evaluation of Georgia’s Aging and Disability Resource Centers and an evaluation of Georgia Medicaid’s disease management program. He is currently an appointed member of Georgia Medicaid’s Aged, Blind, and Disabled Task Force.

Dr. Landers’s current projects include the evaluation of Georgia’s Money Follows the Person program and a partnership with the National Network of Public Health Institutes and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to prepare state and local health departments for healthcare reform.

His research has appeared in the Journal of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved; the Journal of Technology, Theory, and Application; Community Mental Health Journal, and others. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration degrees from Georgia State University, and a Doctor of Science degree from Tulane University.
