American Express has committed $200,000 to the American Red Cross and its relief efforts related to Hurricane Florence in the Carolinas. The company is also donating $50,000 toward to the Philippines Red Cross for its relief efforts related to Typhoon Mangkhut. American Express will also match employee contributions to various disaster relief organizations in the United States.
