Chevron announces $562,500 for earthquakes and tsunami relief efforts. $500,000 of the contribution comes from the Chevron Corporate Global Community Fund as grants to international non-profit humanitarian organizations Mercy Corps and Save the Children. Another $62,500 is allocated for the emergency response in Lombok, Palu, and Donggala.
