The Anthem Foundation will donate $25,000 to the United Way of Northern California to support the NorCal Fire Relief Fund. They are also redirecting a $20,000 contribution to Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley to support immediate fire relief needs.
Additionally, as an extension of Anthem's CSR efforts, they're actively coordinating the inherent generosity and caring culture of their 56,000 associates. Anthem associates can directly support by donating to this special giving opportunity and receive a $2: $1 Anthem Foundation match through November 30. Additionally, associates can choose to contribute to the Anthem Cares Fund – A self-sustaining pool of resources in which only associates donate, and only associates receive benefit – to support their colleagues in need.
