Lowe's is passionate about encouraging its associates to serve in their communities. For all full-time U.S. associates who have at least one year’s tenure, Lowe's Give Back Time program offers eight hours of paid volunteer time annually to dedicate to a 501(c)(3) organization of the associate's choice. All global associates are invited to volunteer through Lowe’s Heroes projects, which are large, company-organized volunteer projects with our nonprofit partners, such as Habitat for Humanity.
