In 2013, American Express, in partnership with Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and the U.S. Small Business Administration, launched ChallengeHER, a national initiative to boost government contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses. Now in its seventh year of programming, ChallengeHER delivers free workshops, mentoring, and direct access to government buyers.
