U.S. Bank helps employees maximize their involvement wherever their passion lies. The U.S. Bank Volunteer Day provides employees 16 hours of paid time off to volunteer. Our Matching Gift and Dollars for Doing programs give grants to the nonprofits where our employees give their time and dollars. Finally, each year U.S. Bank employees take part in our Employee Giving Campaign, an opportunity to support the bank’s national partner, the United Way, or to make a charitable donation to a community cause that matches their passion.
