Procter & Gamble believes that by making gender bias visible and bring awareness to it, it has the power to motivate change. The company launched #WeSeeEqual in March 2017 to inspire a new expectation and re-set the outdated narrative that has been in place for far too long. The video has been viewed millions of times in more than 180 countries and was named one of the most inclusive ads of 2017 by the Association of National Advertisers.
