As a Senior Vice President, Aimee is responsible for the development and execution of a firmwide talent strategy that creates a shared culture and engaging work environment and helps enable professional experiences for all 27,000 staff. She drives efforts that result in a greater depth, breadth and diversity of a talent pipeline globally and drive hiring and retention for all employees.

She is the lead for the Booz Allen People Services function (team of 500+ professionals) delivering a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition, the firm’s employment brand to attract global talent, firmwide recruiting strategies to include university relationships, innovative intern programs and hard-to-find cleared technical talent, technical learning and leadership development, firmwide reward and mobility programs and the diversity and inclusion talent agenda. In 2020, her team was honored with the prestigious Booz Allen Excellence Award (BEA) for their work in developing and activating a reinvigorated Employee Value Proposition (EVP) resulting in a significant increase in the firm’s employee experience survey results year-over-year.

Previously Aimee provided leadership in strategic planning, human resources, finance, contracts, change management, and marketing and communications sectors within the firm’s Strategic Innovation Group (SIG). Aimee also led firmwide efforts to build a culture of innovation through multiple events, tools, spaces and incentives to help source, supply and mature ideas and engage employees, resulting in an environment that attracts the best talent and compels staff to connect, contribute, and thrive. In 2016, her team was honored with a BEA for their work in building a culture of innovation which resulted creating new value for our clients and new opportunities for our staff.

During her tenure, the team’s initiatives led to Booz Allen being honored with numerous external awards as an employer of choice. Recognition included Training Magazine’s Hall of Fame, Working Mother Magazine’s Best Places to Work, Diversity Inc.’s Top 50, and an ASTD BEST Award. The team also received project-based awards from the American Society of Training and Development, Bersin & Associates, and Brandon Hall.
