Ashley Rubinsky is Program Manager, Supply Chain Strategy for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this capacity, she is responsible for shaping the Corporation’s Supply Chain Strategy and Communications. In her current role at Lockheed Martin, Ashley also serves as an industry engagement leader with the International Aerospace Environmental Group® (IAEG®) and Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council®.
Previously, Ms. Rubinsky was Manager, Customer Relations & Strategic Initiatives for Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering & Technology. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring customer-focus and enhancing program performance across an engineering workforce of over 70,000 employees.
She previously served as Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Customer Relations Manager, IS&GS Programs. In that role, she was responsible for developing resources to advance customer relations and build customer-focused skills.
Throughout her 25-year career at Lockheed Martin, Ms. Rubinsky has led several critical initiatives which have shaped customer and supplier experiences. In 2018, she was recognized by the Aerospace & Defense industry with an IAEG® Excellence Award for her efforts towards the adoption of chemical reporting standards and advancement of industry engagement. In 2016, she was the recipient of Lockheed Martin’s highest honor, a NOVA award, for pioneering customer-focus.
Outside of the office, Ashley is a volunteer in her community, spending over 150 hours annually in hospice volunteering.
