Crystal Bryant-Kearns is the director of Events and Engagement for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes. She leads the Events and Engagement team as they organize best-in-class events designed to connect transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and military caregivers with meaningful careers.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Crystal served as Senior Transitions Program Manager at the USO. In that role, she developed and managed the planning, delivery, and evaluation of USO Transition program tools and resources to meet the needs of transitioning troops and military spouses, ensuring an efficient, cost-effective, high quality, and customer-centered service.
Crystal holds a master’s degree from Kansas State University and has worked in both the public and private sectors across a variety of industries including education, healthcare, government and nonprofit organizations. Crystal is the spouse of a U.S. Army veteran and serves as an advocate for the U.S. military community.
