Emily Ellis Cichy is Senior Manager, Corporate Citizenship, Insights & Integration at The Walt Disney Company. In this role, she is responsible for Citizenship strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and issues management across the enterprise. She has also developed and leads the company’s first Citizenship Futures Group, a team that works to identify trends that will affect the company’s business and approach to Citizenship in the years to come. During her tenure at Disney, she has also led citizenship research, reporting, and measurement, including managing the company’s award-winning 2010 Corporate Citizenship Report.
Prior to her work in the corporate sector, Emily delivered strategy, marketing, and advocacy services for nonprofits in areas as diverse as arts and culture and microfinance. She has a particular interest in creative institutions and cultural policy, as well as the intersection of mission-driven work in the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. Emily holds an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and a BBA from The George Washington University.
