Eagle Hill Consulting
Eagle Hill Consulting is a family-run, woman-owned management consultancy providing services in human capital, organizational strategy, and program management. Eagle Hill’s community of consultants works with a range of public, private, and non-profit organizations to solve business problems in unconventional ways that deliver value above expectations.
Eagle Hill’s Corporate Citizenship team was established in 2012 and focuses on promoting a culture of social responsibility by creating real, lasting impacts in the community. Backed by committed company leadership, Eagle Hill achieves this vision through philanthropy and service activities aligned to its core values – Impact, Collaboration, Family, and Fun – to help individuals and organizations in need.
Over the last year, Eagle Hill’s corporate citizenship engagement focused on three priority areas: environmental stewardship, education, and workforce development across eight primary nonprofit partners. Over 75% of all employees performed hands-on and skills-based volunteering, resulting in over 1,500 hours of volunteerism.
Propeller is a management consulting firm with nearly 90 employees and offices in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. Propeller consultants are fixers and change makers who love the adventure of solving complex problems and act as trusted advisors and strategic thought partners for clients.
Propeller’s social impact initiatives are all employee-driven; three programs unique to their workplace advance environmental sustainability, gender diversity, through a program called “PropelHer”, and community involvement.
Uplift, the company’s signature volunteerism program, focuses on pro-bono consulting like mentoring, business plan coaching, and facilitating seminars for small business owners. In 2017, Propeller employees donated 800 hours to the community, more than 550 hours of which were pro-bono services. With a 60% participation rate, Propeller is committed to doing good by leveraging consultants’ acumen to support the needs of its nonprofit counterparts.

Semper Capital Management is a private, veteran, and minority-owned investment management firm that focuses on opportunities within structured credit. The company believes that the measure of a firm’s success goes beyond financial and is impacted by team and individual efforts to give back.
Semper’s philanthropic efforts focus on two key areas: affordable housing and the transition from military to civilian life. The company has partnered with Habitat for Humanity NYC and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, among others.
Recently, Habitat New York City completed a multi-family residence in Brooklyn where Semper teams have volunteered. As a result, 15 low- to moderate-income families will become first-time homeowners. In addition, Semper’s partnership with the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation will provide mentoring and a college education to 10 children from military families.
