
Abigail Rhim

Abigail Rhim, a manager of workforce programs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is responsible for supporting the Employer Provided Innovation Challenges (EPIC) initiative and the T3 Innovation Network to ensure that learners and workers have access to quality jobs.
Earlier in her career, Rhim was a policy analyst at the National Governors Association, where she supported governors in developing state-focused policy solutions for postsecondary education. She began her career working for Vermont Gov. Phil Scott as the deputy director of the State Workforce Development Board.
Rhim received her Bachelor of Arts in geography and political science from the University of Vermont.
