Amanda Lepof joined the American Red Cross in May 2003 and currently works as the Executive Director of Corporate Programs focusing on Corporate fundraising strategy. In this role she manages the cause marketing program, in-kind donations, employee engagement, and the Corporate Advisory Council – leading the team to develop fundraising programs to engage corporate partners and their customers, employees and fans.
While at the Red Cross, Amanda has worked in Disaster Fundraising securing millions of dollars worth of in-kind product to directly meet the needs of Red Cross clients and programs. She has been a front line corporate fundraiser and has traveled with Red Cross delegations to El Salvador, Togo, and Kenya to observe Red Cross programs.
Prior to joining the American Red Cross, Amanda worked to advance diversity and equity in higher education, authoring pieces in On Campus With Women and Diversity Digest – both publications of the Association for American Colleges & Universities. She has presented at national and international conferences including the International Association for Volunteers Efforts (IAVE) and Social Capital Partnerships. Amanda graduated from Vanderbilt University (B.S.) and Georgetown University (M.A.L.S.) and is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She’s lived in the DC area for over 15 years and currently resides in the north Georgetown area of Washington, DC with her husband Clint.
