Ashley Cappo

Ashley Cappo is senior director of operations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she leads operational strategy and financial management across the Foundation's grant-funded programs. She oversees a $40+ million operating budget, manages contracts, supports grant budgeting and compliance, and works closely with organizational leadership to strengthen financial planning and operational processes. Ashley also serves as a key liaison between Foundation leadership, Finance, and the Office of General Counsel, helping ensure effective collaboration across teams. She is passionate about building systems that enable teams to operate more effectively while advancing the Foundation's mission and strategic priorities.
Ashley earned a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Sustainability from the University of Virginia.
