Landon Hale is an innovation scholar with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where he supports initiatives focused on workforce development, economic opportunity, and the future of work. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Alabama State University and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from the Percy J. Vaughn College of Business, where he served as the first student elected to two consecutive terms as Student Government Association President. 

Recognized as an AT&T Rising Future Maker, Landon has experience in workforce development, project leadership, and healthcare sustainability research, including collaboration with Harvard University's Foot and Ankle Research Innovation Lab. He is passionate about business strategy, organizational leadership, and workforce innovation, with a focus on helping organizations develop talent, drive growth, and create pathways to economic mobility. A proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Landon is committed to advancing solutions that strengthen the connection between education, work, and economic opportunity.
