Lauren Kinney

Lauren Kinney is the senior manager of operations for Hiring Our Heroes (HOH), a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation dedicated to connecting veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with meaningful employment opportunities.
In her role, Lauren oversees key operational functions that support HOH's nationwide programs, including finance, contracts, onboarding, process improvement, and organizational operations. She partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop efficient systems and scalable processes that advance the organization's mission.
Lauren began her career in the healthcare field, serving in both private practice and hospital settings before transitioning into pediatric healthcare administration, where she developed a passion for operations and organizational leadership. She holds a bachelor's degree in Investigative Forensics and a master's degree in Forensic Studies. As a military spouse, she experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities that accompany military life, including multiple relocations and career transitions. In 2022, she returned to the workforce and joined Hiring Our Heroes, bringing both professional expertise and a personal connection to the organization's mission.
