• Associate Manager, Resilient Communities

Madelaine (Mady) Santana is an associate manager of resilient communities at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she supports programs that strengthen communities and the businesses that power them. Her work includes supporting Small Business B(AI)sics, a national initiative that equips small businesses with foundational AI skills through hands-on training delivered in partnership with state and local chambers.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Madelaine managed a national rural economic mobility initiative at the National Association of Counties, partnering with county leaders to develop and implement locally driven strategies around workforce development, infrastructure, housing, childcare, and other barriers to economic mobility. At Prosperity Now, she managed national programs and partnerships that supported community-based organizations working to expand financial security and economic opportunity.

Madelaine earned a B.A. in International Affairs and History from the University of California, Riverside, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
