Madelyn Rahn

Madelyn Rahn is a workforce development policy specialist whose work has focused on the intersection of technology and workforce development for the past several years. Before beginning her role as Network Manager at SkillsFWD, she served as the Deputy Director of Policy at Research Improving People's Lives and previously as a Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association. She brings to SkillsFWD experience supporting stakeholders across the workforce development ecosystem system to align on objectives and action plans to drive innovation. She is passionate about creating systems that enhance opportunities and outcomes for workers in an increasingly dynamic labor market. Madelyn holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a BA in Public Policy and Sociology from the University of Denver. She currently lives in Reno, NV with her dog, Bruiser.
