Megan Rowley

Megan Rowley is an Associate Manager of Civics at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she supports the National Civics Bee®️.
She joined the Foundation in December 2025 through the Hiring Our Heroes program. Megan is also the founder and operator of a nonprofit food pantry serving military households on a nearby installation, reflecting her commitment to community service and support for military families.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a Business Administration certificate from Georgetown University. She also earned a certificate in Meta-Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership Communication from the Harvard University National Preparedness Leadership Initiative. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Leadership at the University of San Francisco.
