Skyller Cosme is a manager of civics at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she supports partnership management, strategic communications, and program operations for the National Civics Bee^®️. In her role, she leads partner engagement efforts, oversees stakeholder communications, and manages trainings and resource development for chambers and organizations participating in the program nationwide.

Before joining the Foundation, Skyller supported communications, stakeholder engagement, and grants management initiatives for multiple FEMA programs through her work at Partner Forces. She previously served as a policy associate at the Society for Research in Child Development, where she supported the fellowship program and policy research initiatives focused on child and family policy.

Skyller earned her Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
