Sarah Castro is an executive director of programs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where she oversees a portfolio of workforce initiatives. Her work includes leading Employer Provided Innovation Challenges (EPIC), the Foundation’s work-based learning initiative that connects employers, educators, and students through real-world business challenges. Sarah earned a bachelor of arts from the College of Wooster and an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
